Sharada Mandir School, Goa

Over a period of eighteen months a series of workshops were conducted by CERTAD in Goa and Bangalore with the faculty of Sharada Mandir school, Goa, to initiate and implement an Appreciative Inquiry, which empowered and focused the team towards developing an effective whole school improvement programme.
